The instrument measures pressure directly based on the definition (P=F/S), and the piston system is made of high-quality tungsten carbide material, giving the instrument extremely small measurement uncertainty and long-term stability with a validity period of more than 5 years.

The patented piston pressure system components feature a novel structure, anti-collision design, and tool-free disassembly and assembly, facilitating the cleaning of the piston system and replacement of sealing rings, which is convenient, fast, and safe.
It has small size, light weight, simple structure and easy operation, making it more suitable for production sites with high utilization rates and offering high cost performance.
The pressurization system is equipped with a pre-pressure pump, which can increase the use efficiency of the pressure regulator. When used together, the pressurization process will be more 轻松 and rapid.
The pressure regulator is maintenance-free, and the handle is reasonably designed (personally designed according to the hand grip posture), making the operation more effortless and convenient.
The oil circuit system has a sewage discharge function, making the maintenance and cleaning process more simple and convenient.
The main engine shell is made of steel, which is sturdy and durable. The oil cup has an oil storage capacity of 400ml. Larger oil cups can be customized according to customer needs to facilitate the calibration of large quantities of sensors. The oil cup is equipped with an oil stain filtering device. The pipeline at the meter connection seat is directly connected to the oil cup and passes through the sewage discharge filtering device to ensure the cleanliness of the oil entering the piston system and prevent dirty oil from entering the piston system, which may cause blockage and damage.
