This stainless steel pressure gauge operates based on the principle of elastic element deformation: when the measured medium (gas/liquid) enters the elastic element (such as a bourdon tube) inside the gauge through the 316L stainless steel interface, the medium pressure causes the elastic element to produce deformation proportional to the pressure. This deformation is amplified by the internal transmission mechanism (connecting rod, gear), which drives the pointer to deflect, and finally displays the corresponding pressure value (unit: bar) on the dial. Its CL.1.6 accuracy class ensures the accurate transmission of pressure data.
Design features
All stainless steel material: The watch case, interface (316L stainless steel) and core components are all made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and rust-proof, and suitable for harsh working conditions such as acid-base and humidity.
High-precision structure: CL.1.6 accuracy class + clear scale dial, combined with high-sensitivity elastic elements, can stably display accurate readings even in pressure fluctuation scenarios.
Standardized interface design: Equipped with a universal threaded connection interface, paired with 316L stainless steel joints, it is easy to install and compatible with most industrial pipelines.
Industrial-grade sealing protection: The overall sealing structure has good dustproof and waterproof performance, and can adapt to harsh industrial environments such as high temperature and high pressure.
Clear identification: The dial is marked with the range (0-25bar), material, accuracy class and product number (25082110039), making the information intuitive and easy to read.
