When operating the instrument, the exhaust knob should
be opened or loosened. When the instrument is not in use,
please close the exhaust knob.
connect the calibrated meter to the output port of the calibrated meter, and connect the standard meter to the output port of the standard meter. Open the exhaust knob and the pressure relief valve, and rotate the pressure increase and decrease fine-tuning handle counterclockwise until it reaches the bottom. Then, create pressure for 10 times by using the pressurizing handle to discharge the air inside the calibration instrument system
Close the pressure relief valve, use the pressurizing handle to increase the pressure to around 2 - 5 MPa, perform high and low pressure switching, increase the pressure to the detection pressure point, and then adjust the pressure through the pressure increase and decrease fine-tuning handle for calibration.
When performing the return inspection of the calibrated meter, first release the pressure slowly, and then adjust the pressure through the pressure increase and decrease fine-tuning handle for calibration to complete the step-by-step detection during pressure reduction....
