The temperature sensing element of the bimetallic thermometer adopts a multi-turn straight spiral bimetallicstrip. One end is fixed, and the other end (free end) is connected to the mandrel. The pointer of the axial typethermometer is directly installed on the mandrel. The radial type structure indicator needle is connected to themandrel through an angle spring. When the temperature changes, the free end of the temperature sensingelement rotates, and the pointer is driven by the mandrel to indicate the change value of the temperature of themeasured medium on the dial. The electric contact thermometer, the pointer is equipped with a moving contact, and the fixed contact isinstalled on the set pointer. The pointer contact rotates with the temperature change. When the temperaturereaches or exceeds the set value, the contact closes and sends a signal to achieve the purpose of automaticcontrol and alarm.

The contacts of the thermometer are upper and lower limits, single limit, and double upper limit (all normallyopen). 8. Contact rated power: 10VA (non-inductive load). Maximum working voltage: 220V. Maximum working current: 1A. 9. The ambient temperature for the indicator head is -40~85℃. 10. The ambient humidity for the indicator head is 5~100%.
