Working principle

NY3051 series intelligent differential pressure/pressure transmitter has a variable capacitance sensing component, called "8" chamber (see the figure below), and the process pressure is transmitted to the "8" chamber through the isolation diaphragm on both sides of the "8" chamber and the filling liquid. The central diaphragm is a tensioned elastic element, which produces a corresponding deformation displacement for the pressure difference on both sides acting on it, and this displacement is transformed into a differential capacitor formed on the capacitor plate. The differential capacitance is converted into a standard output signal by the electronic circuit.

It can realize on-site adjustment of zero position and span, and can also realize remote adjustment through remote hand-held communicator and computer;
Linear or square root output can be selected according to different applications;
The damping time can be set to change between 0.1~16s;
It can realize the conversion of pressure value units between KPa, Pa, InH2O, bar, etc.;
The fail-safe mode can be set by toggling the fail/safe switch;
With single point, multipoint and burst mode;
With power-off protection function, its working data can be automatically saved when power is off;
Solid components, pluggable printed circuit boards are small, light weight, strong and shock resistant;
One-way overload protection performance is good.
