Working principle

The sensor works based on the vibration principle of the component, with the sound fork part immersed in the liquid under test.The sound fork portion induces vibration through a piezoelectric device internally fixed to the bottom end of the fork body.The shock frequency is detected by a secondary piezoelectric device fixed to the other end of the fork body, and then the signal is amplified by a circuit at the top.The liquid density is closely related to the vibration frequency when the measured liquid flows, and then when the measured liquid density changes accordingly.By the equation D= K0 + K1T + K2T2, the density of the measured liquid can be accurately calculated.
